Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer
- Customers may cancel their order within 2–3 hours of placing it, provided processing has not begun.
- A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made within this time frame.
- Once processing or dispatch has started, cancellations are not allowed.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- No returns will be processed for incorrect product selection or change of mind by the customer.
- Customers may be required to ship the product back to us if pickup is unavailable in their area.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 8–11 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued directly to the customer's bank account or the original payment method used.
- A full refund is provided in case of out-of-stock or undeliverable orders.
Return Authorization (RMA)
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- An uncut unboxing video is required to claim returns for physical damage.
- Special order products may require service center confirmation before refund or replacement.
- Customers who report beyond the given timeline must bear the shipping charges.
