Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

  • Customers may cancel their order within 2–3 hours of placing it, provided processing has not begun.
  • A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made within this time frame.
  • Once processing or dispatch has started, cancellations are not allowed.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • No returns will be processed for incorrect product selection or change of mind by the customer.
  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to us if pickup is unavailable in their area.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 8–11 working days from the date of confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued directly to the customer's bank account or the original payment method used.
  • A full refund is provided in case of out-of-stock or undeliverable orders.

Return Authorization (RMA)

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • An uncut unboxing video is required to claim returns for physical damage.
  • Special order products may require service center confirmation before refund or replacement.
  • Customers who report beyond the given timeline must bear the shipping charges.
