Orders may be cancelled without prior notice if the product is out of stock. Customers will be notified via email and receive a full refund.

6. Customer Cancellations

100% refund for cancellations within 2-3 hours before processing begins.
No refund once order processing has started.

7. General Terms

Goods once sold are not returnable or exchangeable.
Invoice details cannot be changed after sale.
Physical damage must be reported with uncut unboxing video for online orders.
We aim for accurate color representation, but actual display may vary due to monitor settings.

8. Cancellation and Return Policy

Returns only for defective or damaged items.
No returns for incorrect selection by customer.
Customers may need to ship the item back if pickup is not possible.
Refunds processed in 8-11 working days.
Orders shipped within 3-12 working days.
Refunds will be transferred directly to the customer's bank account.

9. RMA Policy for Online Customers

Report defective/DOA products within 7 days. We may:

Arrange pickup and replacement.
Replace after service center inspection if product was special order.
Customers failing to report on time bear shipping charges.
Alternatively, visit local service center.

10. Shipping Policy

Orders shipped within 1-7 days depending on availability.
PC builds dispatched within 3-7 days.
Full payment required before shipping for pre-paid orders.

11. Payment Terms

You agree to use your own credit card and provide accurate details. We do not share credit card information unless required by law. You are liable for any misuse.

12. Failed or Declined Transactions

We reserve the right to recover losses from users involved in fraudulent activities. Legal action may be taken.

13. User Obligations

To bear extra charges for incorrect address leading to non-delivery.
To use our services lawfully and provide authentic information.
To validate all information provided.
To transact at your own risk using prudent judgment.
To ensure the delivery address is accurate.
